The Assessment helps establish a corporate baseline to better identify obstacles impacting construction project operational efficiency. The interviews examine management practices, corporate culture, risk hazard analysis and more. Subsequent interviews are conducted with project management, supervisory teams and craft levels within the organization to identify any gaps or conflicts that could lead to construction project disruption, loss or unforeseen risks.
Upon completing the interviews, ZRS Risk Engineers compile and analyze the results, comparing the corporate baseline and field input.
