Overview
R3 Continuum’s (R3c) Disruptive Event Management (DEM) service brings your leadership teams and employees timely and customized support following a disruptive event. The service covers a full range of disruptions, including events caused by natural disasters, violence, the death of a worker, the pandemic, and other events that impact psychological wellbeing and performance in the workplace.
R3c will help support all levels of your organization through management consulting, large and small group briefings, one-on-one support, telephone support, and access to their R3SILIENCY app. You can also call on specialist services including:

The TeleSupport service provides on-demand mental health coaching support for your employees following a disruptive event in the workplace. It can help employees recover from the event by putting them in touch with a masters-level clinician, who can make practical suggestions on techniques for self-care and coping, and help them normalize reactions and build their natural resiliency.
Following an event, R3c activates a 30-day, 24/7 support line that your leaders can distribute within your organization. It can be particularly useful for employees who may have a delayed reaction to an event or for people who had less involvement in the event itself but who still may be affected.
R3c takes a tailored approach, addressing the unique challenges and nuances of your organization. The service is collaborative and begins with establishing an understanding of your current situation. R3c then determines the most appropriate solution, incorporating any customized nuances into the delivery.
