  • Complete a needs assessment and review loss runs or claim data

  • Schedule a site visit or meeting to gather additional information.

  • Review data and suggest a medical model, programs, and areas of opportunity.

  • Create a customized proposal and plan for implementation.

  • Validate suggestions with ZRS representative and/or client
