The program follows six key steps:
- Risk Assessment – A Zurich Risk Engineer will carry out an on-site assessment to identify any exposures and controls that are currently available.
- Prevention – The Risk Engineer will determine the right actions you can take now that can help reduce the impact of water events.
- Mitigation – We will help prepare your employees so they can make a knowledgeable and quick response.
- Response – You learn how to respond quickly with the right actions that can help mitigate damage.
- Recovery – Together, we develop a plan to help get your building back to its safe, pre-incident state in an efficient and timely way.
- Post-incident analysis – We apply learnings to help prevent a reoccurrence of any incident, or to help reduce the number and severity of future losses.
